I had two shirts that I wore about 3 times as I was alway conscious of the logo. Couldn't really wear them for work and always found them a bit like 1992 with jeans. Just put them in a big bin bag and gave to charity shop. No doubt the workers there can take all the best bits before putting out my skidding boxers on their racks for sale.

You could easily buy a 'name less' brand of equal quality and pay half/quarter of the price. Go and buy a polo shirt from Uniqlo and compare the material and quality. I think theirs are about 15 quid.

Ralph Lauren Polo's shirts are good quality. You get what you pay for. Better than Lacoste and Lyle & Scott but not quite as good as Hugo Boss.

I love a baseball cap (normally Barbour)... however only wear when sun is out (as can't wear sunglasses due to broken nose)... or when walking the hound... I don't sit in the bath wearing one...

Short sleeved shirts plain and cheque are quality... don't like polo's (much prefer Lacoste... got 11 of them) but like their T shirts to lounge and go to work in... buy all their gear in US so half the price of the UK (even with shitty rate)
